number one thing to help me lose Christmas weight?… Consuming 1 tbsp of MCT oil (Medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil) in my coffee each morning. It is such a great appetite suppressant, as well as the fact that it helps with any joint pain, which can keep me from working out in the winter.

How are these the choices for this song? Its Darlene Love or nothing. No other version matters.

    At all.

    • Brian says:

Agree completely. Maybe Tim wanted to keep it from being a landslide. Check out YouTube for Darlene’s performances on Letterman over the years. She says she retired the song from her live performances after her 19th annual appearance on Letterman’s final Christmas show in 2014.

I recommend getting sick. You lose your appetite, sleep most of the day, and Nyquil becomes part of your basic food groups. Fyi, OJ is always recommended when you’re not up to snuff, but on an empty or Nyquil stomach, you can count on losing more weight–involunatarily. I’ve always heard the best exercise is holding onto the table and pushing yourself away. Hmm–maybe more sleep would do a body good!!!
